Day 2 at Soulshine Retreat Ibiza
Woke up at 7am in a lot of pain, bloody fibro so I decided not to do the 7.30am yoga. Just sat up in bed and took in the amazing view and blogged a little.
9.30am was breakfast which was once again delicious
Chia seed pudding with strawberries
Lemon soya yoga and mixed nuts with raisins and goji berries
Corn & rice cakes with honey and tahini
Detox juice with super disco mix
So from 10.30am to basically 4.15pm I was free to do what ever I liked. So I hit the sauna and sat out a little bit. Oh and I also had a nap. 💖
Lunch was at 2pm and yet again another delicious meal which I completely forgot to snap…so that’s annoying! 😜
4.15pm came pretty quickly and I had reflexology which I don’t normally like as I find it too painful but decided to give it a shot as it was arranged anyway
Turns out I defo don’t like reflexology…I tried to relax into it but I just find it too uncomfortable so that will defo be the last time I get it done.
6.30pm and its my favourite part of the day and it’s yin yoga & nidra yoga time with Donna. Love love love it! So relaxing and perfect for the end of a day.
Shower after yoga and then Rita presents us with yet another fabulous meal.

Was feeling very tired by the end of the day so went to bed early. It’s tough this healing from within 😜
I started this blog just to write. Write what I wanted to say and keep an account so I can go back and read it when I'm grey and old. :-)
