Hope you’re all doing well. A month has gone by so I thought I’d fill you in on how Ive been doing. I’ve been trying to start 360 hot yoga but keep failing due to being busy or having pain and bad fatigue but I’ll get there eventually.
What I have been doing is a lot of walking. I walk at least 2 hours everyday and I always wear a few extra layers when walking just to get my sweat on. I’ve also been using a waist trimmer and to be honest I have no idea if it will actually help with toning my stomach but it sure does make you sweat a lot! What I am finding with it is, that it gives me some extra back support with my bad fibro days. I’ve posted in on my Instagram if you want to check it out. @therealmariejunior
Last week I watched, Fat, Sick and nearly Dead 2 on Netflix, check the first one out as well if you haven’t already. Apart from people stories about weight loss, one woman stood up and said she suffered with fibromyalgia and since adding more veg and fruit juices in her life the pain has subsided. That was all I needed to hear, I jumped into the car and zoomed off to the shops and bought bags and bags of veg and fruit. LOL Has it helped the fibro, hell NO!!!!! but what I have noticed is that I am down a few pounds on the scales. Just so you know I didn’t do it for the weight loss I did it for the pain. Its only been around 2 weeks so I’ll continue it for at least a month to see if it does anything for the pain at all.
I’m trying to make the juices more veg based so there’s less sugar but they always need apples because without apples most juices are gross and I’m just not into having something that isn’t delicious. I’ll have 2/3 large juices a day and then just eating healthily through out the day but to be honest the juices can be filling so I’m generally not that hungry until dinner.
My goals are to start the 360 hot yoga considering I’ve paid for it! Start doing more arm weights and a lot more stretching. My fibro is pretty bad at the moment so the walking is taking a lot out of me but I know the yoga would help so I just need to find the energy to get it done.
