Beauty for the Beast!

Hey guys

Hope you’re all good? As I write I’m in bed recovering from what was either food poisoning or a vomit bug which was pretty hard on my system. I feel like I’ve been punched in the stomach a 100 times so I’ve spent the day in bed today recovering. I was getting a bit bored and feeling a little better so I thought I’d write a blog post about my current favorite products.

Now as you know I ain’t no beauty expert or anything but I do love a bit of make up and face/body products. I know what I like and always give my honest opinion.

So to start with my ultimate favorite product at the moment.

Emma Hardie Amazing face Moringa Cleansing Balm

Well, Oh my Oh my Oh my……I have completely falling in love with this product. Its a cleansing Balm and the first I’ve ever used. Its the nicest thing in the world. The feeling of the smoothing balm at the end of a long day wiping away your dirty make up is the best. I scoop a little out and rub my hands together to warm in up a bit and then gentle rub all over my face, including my eyes to remove mascara etc….It comes with a face cloth so with warm water and the face cloth I remove the days make up. It leaves your skin feeling so smooth and soft and plump. I think I’ll be using this product for years to come. ❤

Next I am loving

Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Refining Moisture Cream Complex

I started using this only a few weeks ago as I suffer from really dry skin in the winter. I was talking to my mum one day and asked her what she used as her skin always looks amazing so she told me this. She has been using this since she was my age so it must be good. I have noticed a real change in my skin. A lot less dry patches and not as red as it used to be. I find it very soothing on my skin and it smells like plants and tree which I love. Very earthy!

I also started using the Elizabeth Arden Good Nights Sleep Cream which I love also. I also find it very soothing on my skin at night. I never normally used a night cream but I think its a really good idea, especially in the winter.

Next in my bag of goodies is this

Sunday Riley ceramic Slip Clay Cleanser

IMG_5848.jpg

I had been dying to try Sunday Riley products for a long time but because they are pretty pricey and I had some other products I wanted to finish first I hadn’t got them but then Christmas time came and my Dboy bought me a few little treats. First one was this clay cleanser which I love. I use this cleansing in the mornings to refresh my face. I thought been a clay cleanser it would be really heavy but its not. Its lovely and light and refreshing for the morning time.

And the second thing in my goodie bag was this…..AHHHHHHHHHHHHH I have wanted this so over a year so I was very excited to try it out.

Sunday Riley has not let me down at all. I love these. Even though they are pretty pricey, I think they are totally worth it. It does make your face go slightly red at first but then it calms down and I always put my moisturizer on over it. You can also use it as a mask, just apply a thicker layer and leave on for 10 minutes and then remove with a warm face cloth.  We spend so much money on make up and clothes etc..why not spend the same on the canvas? After all, the canvas is the most important thing! 🙂

So this is everything for now…and I honestly love everyone of these products and would highly recommend them all.

Think I’m going to drag myself out of the bed now for a nice hot shower and hopefully I’ll feel 100 per cent tomorrow.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend

Love

Marie-Ann

xoxo
